Walk Thru Inspection
A list of items that may need repaired will be provided (roof, gutters, HVAC, water heater, plumbing, electric, etc). We use thermal Imaging (identifying potential leaks, temperature differential insulation issues).

Preventative care is key to avoiding costly repairs, and our Total Home Maintenance Plan is designed to catch potential issues before they escalate. Each month, our handyman conducts exterior inspections to address common concerns like caulking repairs, vent clearing, and pest nest removal. By proactively managing these small but critical tasks, we help protect your home from future problems, giving you peace of mind that your property is in expert hands year-round.
